About Us

The team at Maplecrest understands that the little things make all the difference. Our residents’ wants and needs don’t fit neatly into a mold, so neither do our offerings. We believe in working every hour of every day to go above and beyond in all that we do.

We have a rich history and roots in Ripon. Our families live here, we are a part of the community, and that sense of community is a vital part of the culture at Maplecrest. Join us while we bake cookies, take drives to see the local holiday decorations, hit the casino, or attend concerts in the park. We make it easy and pleasurable for your family to join us for all types of events, or to just spend time together. At both facilities, the safety and security of our residents, families and our staff is important. We conduct annual caregiver/criminal background checks on all employees and volunteers.

Dear Chad and Maplecrest Staff, Thank you again for another meal you offered me, on Thursday (without letting you know ahead of time). Once again, the meal was superb and plentiful! Thanks for taking good care of my aunt. Your home is well-run and pleasant for all guests and residents. Thank you!

We want to thank you for all you do, meeting and exceeding the needs of Mom! Thanks for your help with her birthday party.

Chad, Robyn and the entire Maplecrest Staff,
We want to thank you for everything you did for Mom while she was a resident at Maplecrest. Everyone was very kind to her and to us. You treated her with respect and dignity.
We are so appreciative that we were able to use the respite (guest) room. We were able to be with Mom and yet we were able to get some rest during a very stressful time. We appreciated the meals, as well as the juice and pastries that were brought in.
We will always be grateful for the opportunity we had to be with Mom as much as we could until the end.

Thank you to all of you who help my Mom each and every day. You make her life so happy and bright.

We want to thank the staff at Maplecrest for the wonderful Thanksgiving meal that was served. We appreciated the work that went into preparing and serving so that residents and their families could eat Thanksgiving dinner together.

To Maplecrest,
Thank you so much for letting us use the big room for my birthday party and making coffee and doing the extra things for us. We appreciated it a lot.

Dear Editor,

I  would like all your readers to know about the wonderful care my Aunt Mary received while she lived at Maplecrest Manor in Ripon.  When living at Maplecrest Manor, Aunt Mary received the best of care and most professional service one could expect from any assisted living facility.  She was very happy with the entire staff, living arrangements, fellow residents, recreational activities, spiritual attention food service and health care.  Her family grew to have complete trust in the staff at Maplecrest Manor and we wish to thank them for looking after our Aunt Mary these past few years.

Chad,
After spending a few days visiting my Mom at your facility, I would like to compliment you and your staff! The concerns, care and help offered by everyone were outstanding!
I must also compliment you on the quality of meals served. Keep up the good job, and “pats on the back” to your staff!

I am very comfortable of dad being at Maplecrest.  When he needs care, he receives it.  I never have to worry because he is always taken care of.  He is doing so well at Maplecrest.  It is remarkable.  Staff and everything is very good.

We are very happy with our mom here. It is better than what we expected. Mom has adjusted well. It is very nice having all the assistance her when you need it like housekeeping, laundry, showers and medications. The food is good and mom really likes the activities that keep her busy. Most of all, the family knows mom is well taken care of.
